On October 1st the D.C. Circuit issued one the long-awaited decision on so-called net neutrality in Mozilla v. FCC (2019) (decision here). The case was brought as a challenge to the FCC\’s 2017 \”Restoring Internet Freedom Order.
On Monday, October 7, 2019, a panel of Academy experts will discuss the D.C. Circuit\’s decision, as well as next steps for Congress and any broader implications for the Internet ecosystem. These panelists represent diverse perspectives on the decision and what it means for Congress and for the Internet.
