On Tuesday, July 17, 2001 an expert panel debated the how Congress should tackle taxation issues such as sales tax, the tax moratorium, and the business activity tax. Congressman Goodlatte began the event with comments on the business activity tax. Congressman Spencer Bachus made remarks as well on the sales tax issue. Our moderator, Bill Wyman of the Precursor Group, then led the panel that included:
