Debbie Matties
Debbie Matties is the Vice President of Privacy at CTIA. Matties works with CTIA members on industry best practices for privacy in the wireless ecosystem and serves as the association’s primary liaison with government agencies and their representatives on privacy issues. She also leads the association’s efforts to educate consumers about how to protect their privacy when using mobile devices and services. Before joining CTIA, Matties worked for former Federal Trade Commission Chairman Jon Leibowitz, playing an integral role on privacy policy reports that the FTC issued and advising him on FTC data security and privacy enforcement actions against numerous companies, including Google and Facebook.
